RATES:
 - Rates are quoted in ZAR  and are inclusive of breakfast, tourism levy, and 14% Value Added Tax.
 - Rates are quoted in ZAR  and do not include for bank charges & foreign currency conversion fees.             
 - Baby Cots can be provided at an additional fee
 - children under 12 years stay free if sharing with parents, breakfast charged @ R 100per child.
 - Third party use of a sleeper couch is an additional R 400 per night inclusive of breakfast.
 - We reserve the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.

BOOKING POLICY
 - 50% deposit required before reservation can be confirmed.
 - remaining 50% required 30 days prior to arrival.
 - No specific rooms can be garanteed, only room types can be garateed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 - cancellations 30 days prior to arrival will result in 50% of the accommodation being charged.
 - cancellations 14 days prior to arrival will result in 100% of the accommodation being charged.
